In a configuration that includes both forward and reverse proxies, the parameters for the HttpClient Java class might be set incorrectly. Although the HttpClient Java class does contain support for proxy servers, it does not use the Java system options http.proxyHost and http.proxyPort (or https.proxyHost and https.proxyPort for the Secure Sockets Layer). As a result, the values for the HttpClient parameters are set incorrectly. When this happens, you cannot access the SAS Information Delivery Portal.
